Permessi lavorativi: sospese le modifiche alla Legge 104

Come ampiamente riportato dagli organi di informazione, ieri (31 marzo) il Presidente della Repubblica, avvalendosi delle prerogative concesse dall'art. 74 della Costituzione, ha rinviato alle Camere il Disegno di Legge, noto come "Collegato Lavoro", che il Senato aveva definitivamente approvato il 3 marzo scorso (Atti del Senato 1167-B)....(segue)

L'Art. 24 di quella norma "non ancora vigente" prevede una modificazione dell'art. 33 della Legge 104/92 in materia di permessi lavorativi retribuiti a chi assiste un familiare con handicap grave.
La modificazione restringe formalmente la platea dei beneficiari dei permessi (permessi solo ai parenti e affini fini al secondo grado, salvo ampie eccezioni) oltre ad abrogare l'obbligo di assistenza continuativa ed esclusiva verso gli stessi familiari con handicap grave.
Fra i motivi che hanno spinto il Capo dello Stato a rinviare alle Camere, per un più approfondito riesame, il testo che gli era stato sottoposto, non ci sono riferimenti a questa modifica, ma solo considerazioni ben circostanziate relative ad altri delicatissimi aspetti di diritto del lavoro.
